Organisation, Management and Control Model – Legislative Decree 231/2001
Rolfo has adopted the Organisation, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, with the aim of establishing an effective system to prevent serious offences committed in the interest of, or to the advantage of, the Company.
The Model defines rules, protocols, and behaviours that strengthen corporate integrity and help ensure a transparent and responsible organisation.
Its adoption and implementation are fundamental prerequisites for exemption from administrative liability of the entity.
Rolfo constantly updates the Model to adapt it to regulatory and organisational developments, with a focus on continuous improvement.
