The ESG project undertaken by the Rolfo Group in 2024 represents an opportunity to share with you our concrete commitment to building an industrial model capable of combining innovation, competitiveness, and sustainability.
For Rolfo, sustainability is a guiding principle in every phase of our work: from design to after-sales, including production processes, logistics, resource management, and our relationship with the local area. We integrate this approach into all our activities, fully aware that today, more than ever, innovation must go hand in hand with responsibility.
THERE IS NO SUSTAINABILITY

That’s why we have continued to focus on human value, promoting inclusive, safe, and stimulating work environment, investing in continuous training, and supporting skill development at all levels of the organization.
ENVIRONMENT
WASTE SEPARATION
DISPOSAL
From a waste recovery perspective, in 2022, 91% of waste was sent for recycling, while 9% was destined for disposal, with these percentages remaining unchanged in 2023. In 2024, however, an improvement in recovery capacity was recorded, with the recycling rate rising to 94% and a corresponding reduction in waste sent for disposal to 6%.
This result confirms the Group’s commitment to optimizing environmental management and reducing the ecological impact of its activities.
MITIGATE, MONITOR, IMPROVE
